Refund Policy for Patient Buddy

Refund Eligibility:
  • 1. Cancellation Deadline: Users are eligible for a refund if they cancel their appointments before 12:00 PM (midday) on the day prior to the scheduled appointment date.
  • 2. Cash Payment: Users who have made cash payments are not eligible for refunds. They can only cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This applies until midnight on the day prior to the appointment.
  • 3. Processing Charges: A processing fee of 10 rupees will be deducted from the refund amount for each cancellation request.
  • 4. Late Cancellation: If users are unable to cancel their appointments within the specified timeframe, they can contact the chamber directly via phone or physical visit to request a refund.
  • 5. Refund Deadline: Users cannot claim a refund for appointments beyond the scheduled date. Refund requests must be made before the scheduled appointment date.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the refund request approval. Please note that the timeline for receiving the refunded amount may vary depending on the payment method used.
